Old Railway Station

Every state or nation must have its own history. In the pages of history that illustrated the story that accompanies the journey of a nation or country. Kuala Lumpur which is the most important cities in Malaysia today also has its own history. England who had colonized the country, many Malays to leave the building or museum which apparently is still there and even maintained. One of them is the Old Railway Station Kuala Lumpur. This station was established though a hundred years, but still visible kekokohannya though times have changed.

At that time, in 1910 a British architect named Arthur Benison Hubback designed and set up this ancient station. Station that has artistic value and historical aspects of such height. Call it like Jamek Majid and Sultan Abdul Samad Building which is an important historic building for the citizens of KL in particular. In each design Hubback always refer to the genre of Islamic architecture Moorish Architecture Style, which in his time so well known in the region of North Africa and some European countries. 

But over time, the function of the old station began tertgantikan Inpun by Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station since 2001 ago. The reason is that the new station is more modern and compact making it more efficient. In the environment there is even this ancient station railway museum which unfortunately left just less manicured.
